Senvrilo privacy policy

Senvrilo is published by Qubzylthar Nexus LLC ("we", "us"). This policy explains what the Senvrilo mobile application does with your information.
This document has not been reviewed by a lawyer. It is an accurate description of what the software does, written from the source code, and it is a starting point for legal review rather than a substitute for it. It must be checked against the law where you operate before you publish it.
The short version
Senvrilo has no account, no server and no analytics. Everything you enter stays on your device. We cannot see your jobs, your customers, your prices or your earnings, because none of it is ever sent to us.
What we collect
Nothing. The app makes no network requests. It has no servers to send anything to. We do not collect, receive, store, sell or share any personal information, business information or usage data.
We do not use analytics, advertising, crash reporting, cookies, device fingerprinting or tracking of any kind. The app does not ask for any device permission: no camera, no location, no contacts, no microphone, no notifications.
What the app stores, and where
Everything you enter is written to your device's own app storage and nowhere else. That includes:
- your business details, such as name, address, phone, email, payment terms and
tax rate
- customer names and any contact details you choose to add
- jobs, quotes, contracts, visits, costs, prices and notes
- payments you record, including their date, amount and method
This data belongs to you and sits under your control. It is removed when you delete the app or clear its data.
When information leaves your device
Only when you deliberately send it, and only to a destination you pick:
- Sending a document. When you produce a quote, invoice or receipt, the app
creates the file on your device and hands it to your phone's own share sheet, or to your browser's print dialog on the web. You choose where it goes. The file is not uploaded anywhere first, and it does not pass through us.
- Exporting a backup. The backup is a file created on your device and handed
to the same share sheet. Where it ends up, such as your email, a messaging app or cloud storage, is your choice, and that destination's own privacy policy then applies to it.
We receive nothing in either case.
Security, stated plainly
App storage on a phone is protected by your device's own security, which means your passcode, biometric lock and the operating system's app sandboxing. **The data is not separately encrypted by the app.** Anyone who can unlock your device and open the app can read what is in it.
Because there is no cloud copy, losing or wiping your device loses the data with it. Export a backup if the information matters to you, and keep that backup somewhere safe, because it is plain, unencrypted text.
Children
Senvrilo is a business tool for adults and is not directed at children. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone, children included, because we do not collect information at all.
Your rights and your choices
Since we hold none of your information, there is nothing for us to disclose, correct, export or delete on your behalf, and no request you need to make of us. You already hold every copy:
- See it: it is all visible in the app.
- Correct it: edit or delete any job, customer, visit or payment.
- Export it: use the backup export in Settings.
- Delete it: delete a job from its own screen, or remove the app to erase
everything at once.
This covers the rights the GDPR, the UK GDPR and the CCPA give you. We have never sold or shared personal information, and we have no mechanism to do so.
Changes to this policy
If a future version of Senvrilo adds accounts, cloud sync, backups on our servers or anything else that sends data off your device, this policy will be updated before that version ships, and the app will tell you what changed. The date at the top of this page always reflects the current version.
